Qualifications

• 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience building reports or dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business performance.
• Assist with reporting for revenue, labor, operations, and financial performance metrics.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from Finance and Operations teams.
• Help improve visibility into business performance through data and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to translate requirements into dashboards.
