Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in the United States. This full-time role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, partnering with stakeholders to drive financial targets and resource allocation.

You will build complex models, conduct variance and profitability analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of financial analysis experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience within financial analysis or related field.
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA, Anaplan and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance, trend and profitability analysis.
• Support forecasting by analyzing trends and building financial models.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis.
• Coach and guide junior team members and improve team workflows.
