Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance with KPIs and trend identification.
• Support forecast cycles and maintain forecasting models.
• Own performance analysis across billing, production, and risk metrics.
• Ensure timely reporting to banks and investors.
• Lead financial process improvements and reporting automation.
• Provide strategic insights to business leaders.
• Collaborate on monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
