Engrain, a map-based SaaS company, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive forecasting, modeling, and strategic insights across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll build advanced financial models reflecting SaaS mechanics, maintain KPI dashboards (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn), and ensure a single source of truth from messy data, enabling data-driven decisions for growth in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
• 3–6 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI-enhanced financial systems and BI tools.
• Proven experience with generative AI tools for data tasks.
• Understanding SaaS KPIs.
• Advanced Excel modeling required.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine financial models reflecting SaaS mechanics.
• Design SaaS dashboards for metrics like MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn.
• Cleanse and reconcile multi-source data into a single source of truth.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Analyze trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
• Identify process improvements in data pipelines and costs.
