CVS Health is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Retail Store Payroll and related labor costs. You’ll partner with Finance and Operations to forecast labor expenses, evaluate performance, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or financial reporting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for payroll expenses.
Analyze weekly and monthly financial results and variances.
Provide insights into labor trends and business drivers to leadership.
Prepare executive-ready presentations of financial results and forecasts.
Identify process improvements for reporting and forecasting capabilities.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Workforce Management to support objectives.
