Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for Retail Operating Payroll and Non‑Operating Payroll expenses.
• Analyze weekly and monthly financial results, identifying variances to budget and forecast.
• Provide insights into labor trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities to Finance and Operations leadership.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and communicate financial results and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify process improvements and drive enhanced reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, Workforce Management, and other stakeholders.
