Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the corporate side of the business. The role will collaborate with Directors, VP and Executives to drive insightful analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include monthly close, variance analysis, reporting packages, and Board presentations, with advanced Excel and strong modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling.
• Experience with GL and HRIS systems (Sage Intacct/Workday a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models for company-wide insights.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Produce internal and external reporting and analyses.
• Present financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
