Job summary

Frontline Wildfire Defense is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial models, the 13-week cash flow, and consolidated reporting across the business. You will collaborate with the VP of Finance to deliver KPI dashboards and leadership-ready analyses.

You will build scalable models across multiple revenue streams (milestones, hardware, software subscriptions), forecast cash flow, and support budgeting and investor reporting in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years FP&A experience, with ownership of financial models in a complex, multi-entity or multi-revenue-stream business.
• Own the 13-week cash flow forecast end-to-end, not just contribute to it.
• Consolidate KPIs, dashboards, and management reports from multiple systems and entities.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling for clarity, accuracy, and auditability.
• Ability to communicate financial results clearly to executives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating processes where none exist.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and maintain financial models across revenue, expenses, headcount, and capital for multiple entities and revenue streams.
• Develop scenario models and sensitivity analyses for leadership visibility into financial impact of decisions.
• Design models that are well-documented and easy to use and audit.
• Own the 13-week cash flow forecast for a multi-entity company and communicate its insights.
• Identify cash flow risks and opportunities and coordinate with VP of Finance and Controller.
• Consolidate data across systems into KPI dashboards and reporting packages.
• Lead budgeting process with department leaders and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure models reflect the ledger and support board/investor reporting.
