Korn Ferry seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a critical role in financial planning, strategic decision support, executive reporting, and business performance analysis. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leadership and exposing you to budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

This remote-friendly opportunity emphasizes advanced Excel/PowerPoint, planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan), and BI platforms (Domo, Power BI, Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred.
• 4-7+ years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, valuation, or related corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and macros.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating Board, executive, or investor presentations.
• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan and BI platforms such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Board and executive presentations with meaningful financial analysis.
• Partner on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, ROI analysis, and business insights.
• Help drive process improvements and automation across FP&A.
