Factored, a remote-first company, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will translate financial data into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable informed decision-making.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor and strong modeling capabilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate insights to non-finance audiences.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, partnering with department leaders to build accurate financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue projections, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports translating financial data into clear insights for leadership.
• Partner with business units to analyze cost structures, profitability, and revenue trends.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, including business cases for new investments or initiatives.
• Coordinate and assist Accounting with monthly variance analysis.
