Dessert Holdings Inc. in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This hybrid role provides exposure to forecasting, reporting, and BI leadership in a growing, private equity-backed manufacturing environment.

You will build financial models, lead monthly forecasts, develop Power BI dashboards, and partner with Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or public accounting experience.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; D365 experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing finance experience and standard costing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting (AOP), and long-range financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Analyze and forecast SG&A, operating expenses, taxes, interest, debt-related costs, and other items.
• Prepare executive variance analyses comparing actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Own balance sheet forecasting and analyze working capital drivers (inventory, AR, AP, accruals).
• Lead cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and covenant monitoring.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and Executive teams to support decisions.
• Develop management reports, board presentations, lender reporting, and PE reporting packages.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and automation; design Power BI dashboards.
