Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to support revenue planning, forecasting and performance management within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business. You will develop budgets, forecasts and close deliverables with a focus on client-level and drug-level revenue analytics.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, explain variances and deliver data-driven insights that guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience (PBM/health benefits environment preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain multi-driver variances clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and performance management for revenue within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly close deliverables with a client- and drug-level focus.
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
