The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, preparing sponsor and lender reporting, and developing financial models. An ideal fit will have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for the private equity sponsor.
• Build sophisticated models for scenario analysis and ROI evaluations.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights.
• Generate daily/monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to gather financial inputs.
• Track key financial metrics and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to FP&A tools.
