Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, including ownership of a budget or forecast process for a defined cost area.
• Advanced Excel modeling, including building three-statement or driver-based models from a blank sheet.
• Demonstrated monthly variance analysis with written management commentary for a leadership audience.
• Experience preparing leadership or board reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Own the Opex budget and forecast, working directly with department leaders on their inputs.
• Build financial models from scratch for budgeting, forecasting, scenarios, and business cases.
• Write the monthly variance analysis and the commentary that goes with it.
• Prepare the monthly and weekly leadership packages and the board-ready package.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards leadership uses.
• Guide and review the work of our Financial Analyst.
