Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to lead financial analysis and forecasting for our logistics and supply chain operations in Plano, TX. This entry-to-mid level role focuses on sorting large data sets to advise management and support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency with BI dashboards. This is a strict onsite position with robust benefits and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years’ FP&A or advisory roles experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capex.
• Monitor performance indicators and work with leaders to implement corrective actions.
• Ad-Hoc reporting and in-depth analysis for Market Leads.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial reports and presentations.
• Gather budget information and participate in budget reviews.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial analyses to management for decision making.
• Support due diligence for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal heads to forecast and analyze the business.
