Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of FP&A experience; Senior requires 5–7+ years.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Assist with monthly management reviews and quarterly Board presentations.
• Prepare financial presentations, reporting packages, and executive decks.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for leadership and Board review.
• Analyze product segments, customer profitability, sales performance, and overall business performance.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to identify opportunities to grow revenue.
