Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or finance.
• Proficiency in financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial calendars.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and reconcile Network P&L revenue, COGS, fees, and credits for an executive view.
• Manage the Finance management process calendar for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations with accurate reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues when needed.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as directed by the Manager.
