Job summary

Ball Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Finance professional to support the NCA FP&A team with metal and ODM spend reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis. You will help develop systems and processes for direct materials planning and costing, and partner with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 3–7 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. You’ll work in a hybrid on-site environment with regular collaboration days and travel between Ball

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in finance or FP&A.
Familiarity with financial statement analysis and cash flow analysis.
Aptitude with financial systems and advanced spreadsheets.
Strong communication with suppliers, banks and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze metal cost scenarios and forecasting for NCA division.
Forecast metal purchase costs and accounts payable; perform month-end variance analysis.
Lead month-end close and reporting for metal costs.
Monitor tariffs for the NCA division and report findings.
Ensure direct materials master data supports reporting; onboard suppliers for supplier financing in ERPs.
Support GBS in overdue management and payment terms with metal/ODM suppliers.
