Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3 years of senior analyst experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Must have SAP and Essbase experience.
• Must have experience working in manufacturing industry and familiarity with standard cost accounting.
• Professional communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to perform under time constraints while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gain thorough understanding of Titan America's business and industry within a collaborative environment.
• Analyze operations and financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Lead development and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, identifying variances and recommending actions.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models; perform scenario and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and finance leaders to align insights with business goals.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to implement FP&A initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Engage with management across levels to communicate insights effectively.
