Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of true FP&A experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Multi-year tenure at each company (3+ years per role)
• Not a pattern of frequent job-hopping

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L forecasting and related analysis.
• Coordinate P&L, balance sheet, and financial statements.
• Use data to forecast future performance for decisions.
• Partner with operations to drive financial insights.
• Pull data from Oracle and Smart View; heavy Excel use.
• Explain KPIs and tell the story behind the numbers to stakeholders.
