Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or similar financial analysis experience.
• Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing cost and variance ownership, updating standard costs and BOMs.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses.
• Create and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Provide financial and operational analysis to support acquisitions, capital investments, and pricing decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and integration of data sources.
