Job summary

The Crème Shop in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will partner with department leaders and executives to translate business goals into financial targets and actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical capabilities, experience in fast-paced consumer goods, and a strategic mindset to support data-driven growth. This is a full-time, exempt role with a 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables).
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• Ability to distill complex data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and refine financial models to evaluate performance, trends, and risks.
• Partner with department leaders to translate goals into financial targets and allocate resources.
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual performance analysis and executive-facing variance review.
• Analyze P&L, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.

About the Role The Crème Shop is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. This individual will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, develop models that drive key business decisions, and partner cross-functionally with department leaders and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, experience working in fast-paced consumer goods environments, and a strategic mindset that supports data-driven growth.

Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: 3 days onsite with 2 days remote

Salary Range: $90k -110kmax

(Finalcompensation will bedeterminedbased on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs, in compliance with California pay transparencyrequirements.)

Responsibilities:

• Supportthe preparation of annual budgets, quarterlyforecasts, and long-range financial plans in alignment with organizationalobjectives.
• Supportthe development and refinement of financial models to evaluate business performance,identifytrends, and assess risk and opportunity scenarios.
• Partner with department leaders to translate business goals into financial targets andprovideactionable insights to support resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, delivering executive-level reporting packages with meaningful commentary and variance analysis.
• Provide ongoing analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, KPIs, and operational metrics toidentifyfinancial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and executive management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to support strategic initiatives and track ROI.
• Supportnew product launch financial planning, pricing strategy, and other ad hoc business cases as needed.
• Identifyand implement process improvements, financial system enhancements, andreportingautomation to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls, supporting audit preparation and financial governance.
• Assistin the preparation of audit materials and work with external auditors as needed.
• Other duties as assigned per department needs.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skillsrequired(e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, SUMIFS),proficiencywith financial modeling and large data sets.
• Korean-Bilingualrequiredto communicate regularly with HQ.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum5years related work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise insights for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiencyin financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experienceanalyzing P&L statements and understanding their impact on business performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Prior experience in the Beauty & Retail industry is a plus.
