ABC Fitness is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to own recurring financial reporting, forecasting, and cost modeling across the Innovation portfolio’s cost centers, including IT/Infrastructure and Support.

You will build standardized reporting and financial models for monthly leadership review with direct visibility to functional leaders. Based in Brazil and supporting US-based stakeholders, you’ll partner across time zones in an English-speaking finance environment, driving accurate forecasts

Qualifications

• 4-8 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills and recurring reporting cycles.
• Experience supporting multiple functional cost centers.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close and monthly reporting cadence across functional cost centers within the Innovation portfolio, including IT/Infrastructure and Support, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Serve as the day-to-day finance point of contact for functional business partners, fielding recurring questions on spend and budget status.
• Build expense forecasts and analyze variance drivers, translating spend trends into clear explanations for leadership.
• Own key financial models supporting initiatives, including cost and productivity modeling for customer support and tech transformations.
• Apply AI tools to automate recurring reporting and analysis, increasing speed and accuracy.
