Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to join a growing technology company in the software and SaaS space.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in office (Tuesday-Thursday) and offers a $90,000–$120,000 annual salary. You will own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis, build financial models, report KPIs, and partner with leadership to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in software/tech/SaaS environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and investigate variances against plan.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Track and report weekly KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Conduct budgeting versus actual variance analyses.
• Pull and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
