Job summary
Entertainment Earth is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join the finance team in California. This exempt role reports to the Director of FP&A and interacts with senior management, including CEO and CFO, to drive profitability for both DTC and wholesale channels.
The position requires 3+ years in budgeting and forecasting, a 4-year degree in accounting/finance/economics, and advanced Excel/financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- 3+ years budgeting, forecasting, and planning experience
- Advanced Excel and robust financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision ability
- Hybrid accounting/FP&A experience, e‑commerce exposure preferred
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Own the annual budget and ensure timely updates of forecasts.
- Maintain P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models with supporting schedules.
- Analyze booked order sales forecast and channel profitability analyses.
- Develop reporting framework and KPIs for leadership decisions.
- Prepare senior management presentations and ad-hoc analyses.
