Job summary
Revlon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Enterprise FP&A team in a hybrid New York role. Youll support executive leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analyses that shape global consumer products planning and transformation initiatives.
You will collaborate across finance and business partners, build advanced models in Excel and BI tools, prepare materials for Board and investor communications, and help drive efficiency in reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analyses for executive leadership and the Board
- Support long‑term planning, budgeting, and forecasting with scenario analyses
- Assist in finance transformation initiatives and automate reporting processes
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and report on divisions and segments
- Develop investor, lender, and ratings agency presentations and materials
- Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities and support close processes
- Deliver timely analyses and maintain accuracy across reporting
- Liaise with Corporate Controller’s Organization and external auditors during close
