Medrina is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A, a remote, individual-contributor role supporting financial strategy and decision‑making. The position pays $90,000–$100,000 annually plus a $100 monthly teleworker stipend and a comprehensive benefits package, with vacation, holidays, and life insurance.

Work hours align to US central/eastern time, Monday–Friday, from a home office, with occasional travel for meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
5 years FP&A experience in healthcare, with ACO/population health knowledge.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (LOOKUP, pivots, sumifs, waterfalls).
Experience with EMR systems and BI/SQL tools (Tableau/Power BI/SQL).
Strong communication and ability to present insights to leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights for decisions through budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and KPIs.
Lead monthly financial reviews, operational reviews, and management decks.
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Develop executive reporting and analytics supporting ACO performance and shared savings.
Perform deep-dive analyses for trends, opportunities and risks across billing to compensation.
Support ad hoc projects including BI improvements, pricing analysis, and evaluations.
Liaise between Operations and BI to gather requirements for systems and reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timely insights for management, lenders and owners.
