Job summary

Cardone Ventures is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ to support the FP&A team with accurate financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes. This role offers hands-on experience in transforming data into actionable insights and building scalable financial systems.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with analytical curiosity, proficient in Excel/Sheets, and comfortable using BI tools to automate workflows. Onsite work only at our Scottsdale office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to create reports.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for stakeholders.
• Support monthly Budget vs Actual reporting and department budgeting.
• Collect, clean and organize financial data from multiple sources.
• Assist with revenue recognition and ad-hoc projects.
• Develop standard and Ad Hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools.
