Job summary

Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas. You will support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, collaborating with accounting and branch teams to drive insights and informed decisions.

The role is part of a small, highly collaborative FP&A team with a hybrid schedule (Dallas office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday). A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field; 3+ years of progressive financial planning, analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong financial fundamentals, including understanding financial statements and linking operational activity to results.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI and reporting tools; interest in using AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, including modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc projects.
• Turn financial and operational data into insights; identify risks or opportunities and recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with Accounting, and corporate and branch teams during monthly close, forecasts, and leadership reviews.
