Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in technology, manufacturing, robotics, energy, or similar high growth tech environment.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis, with a strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets; ERP experience (NetSuite/Oracle Fusion or SAP preferred)
• Knowledge and practical application of forecasting tools (Anaplan, Adaptive or Pigment) are a plus
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and practical experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve financial analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross functional working partnering skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance across business and technology managers, influence decision-making, and support strategic planning
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models, with accurate projections, variance analysis, and actionable insights
• Develop and enhance financial reporting using AI toolsets and KPI metrics to improve visibility
• Analyze operating expenses and capex, identify risks and opportunities to improve performance
• Leverage Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools to enhance reporting
