Job summary

Bennett Thrasher is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support internal FP&A operations and partner with the Senior Finance Manager and CFO to build processes and evaluate AI technology.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll forecast, provide strategic analysis, and deliver executive reporting. You’ll drive planning, insights, and decision support across the firm, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop workforce and revenue planning models.
• Prepare executive and board-level financial reporting.
• Develop financial narratives and business insights.
• Present results and recommendations to firm leadership.
• Lead profitability and margin analyses.
• Evaluate strategic investments and growth initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Drive accountability around budgets and financial performance.
