Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A to join the Finance & Accounting team. This hybrid role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting to drive business insights.

You will partner with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools.
• Ability to present insights clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.
• Power BI experience and Aspen Canopy familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Develop long-range financial planning models and KPI reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and management presentations.
• Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and profitability by product/customer.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams on initiatives.
