Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Sr FP&A Analyst to join our Lake Mary finance team and drive financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analyses. You will work on 13-week cash flow, budgeting activities, and ad hoc analyses to support growth initiatives and PE-level insights.

The role emphasizes building robust reporting capabilities, partnering with deal teams on acquisitions, and contributing to ongoing finance infrastructure development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Financial literacy and P&L understanding.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to prepare or understand 13-week cash flow reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to create and work through financial reports.
• Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience level aligned with analyst or individual contributor FP&A work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reports.
• Support PE-level reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and business trends.
• Forecasting & Cash Flow (30%).
• Prepare and support 13-week cash flow reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects.
• Partner with deal team on acquisitions and integration-related initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic finance projects.
• Process & Reporting Improvements; build and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support ongoing finance infrastructure development.
