Prototek is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, this role will help with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and operational decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial reporting, accounting, month-end close, or FP&A experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and operational performance.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop financial models that support business planning and decision-making.
• Partner with site and department leaders to understand performance drivers.
• Improve and automate financial reporting and FP&A processes.
