Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the FCAP team to own month-end close, MEC actuals consolidation, and Fixed FP&A reporting. You will bridge to plan scenarios across fixed cost Opex accounts and partner across the organization to deliver insights.

The role covers forecasting cycles (OP1/OP2/3YF) and ad-hoc analyses, with emphasis on automation and standardization of finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or 5+ years in a quantitative role.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 4+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 4+ years identifying and executing opportunities to improve finance tools and processes.
• 3+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Forecast activities for annual OP1/OP2/3YF and quarterly guidance cycles with bottoms‑up planning.
• Month end close MEC activities including actuals review and entries; prepare detailed variance bridges.
• Conduct ad-hoc cost deep dives to identify trends and guidance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate and standardize financial workflows.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and contribute to team knowledge.
