Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a technical field.
4+ years of Finance, Planning & Analysis or Business Management experience.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency with data mining and data manipulation.
Strong communication and collaboration with peers and leadership.
Ability to create ad hoc reporting for senior management.

Responsibilities

Manage annual and ongoing financial planning for assigned pillars with month-end reviews.
Prepare efficiency reports, analytics, and strategic insights for executives.
Report and monitor key metrics, drive data quality initiatives, and define future needs.
Develop and monitor performance metrics and deliver financial insights to senior management.
Perform variance analysis and explain changes from forecasts/budgets.
Enhance controls and streamline processes through automation where possible.
Design and enhance reports and dashboards delivering actionable financial insights.
