Qualifications

• 4+ years in Finance, FP&A, analytics or related finance environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to develop financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess financial impacts.
• Strong communication for senior leadership; capable of clear recommendations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with organization and attention to detail.
• Collaborative across Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Data & Analytics.
• Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities and driving improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting for Consumer Bank Marketing.
• Develop business cases, evaluate ROI, and track success metrics for marketing initiatives.
• Deliver financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform decisions and growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide finance and marketing objectives.
