• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, or a related financial discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing, or supporting budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and related financial analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret financial results, identify trends and variances, evaluate assumptions, and apply sound financial judgment to assess reasonableness and support decision-making.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate findings into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large and complex data sets, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences and across multiple levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities, exercise initiative, and follow work through to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working with complex financial information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment while adapting to changing business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business & Finance units to develop, review, and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and budget-to-actual results.
• Support enterprise-wide budget and forecast consolidation, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Develop financial reports, analyses, and presentation materials that provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.
• Review and analyze university internal recharge rates to ensure compliance with university policy and applicable federal requirements.
• Support capital planning activities for Business & Finance units.
• Develop and reconcile monthly FTE reports, as assigned.
• Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and other insights that support decision-making.
• Support the annual university budget process, Budget Book, auxiliary fund reporting and analysis, and other enterprise financial initiatives.
• Collaborate across EFP&A and with university partners to improve financial models, reporting, systems, and processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
