Job summary

Vans, a VF Brand, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst (DTC) in Costa Mesa, CA. You will partner with Americas DTC leadership to analyze performance, forecast, and report on Sales and Margin for Stores and Ecommerce.

You’ll build financial models, manage the annual budget and strategic plan, and drive improvements in reporting reliability and speed. A passion for retail finance and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in retail or consumer industries
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, data management and reporting skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business judgment
• Ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, annual operating plan and strategic plan processes
• Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Track Actuals vs Budget/Forecast for Sales & Margin of the Americas DTC channel
• Own KPI reporting and forecasting for Stores and Ecommerce with clear insights for Senior Leadership
• Drive automation and enhancements in financial reporting and analysis
• Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects shaping Store and Ecommerce decisions
