Job summary

Brooks Safety Solutions in the United States seeks an FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will partner with operating leaders, build driver-based models and translate financial results into actionable insights for executives.

You’ll lead investment analysis, develop business cases, and drive automation of reporting with Power BI and Dynamics 365, enabling faster, more reliable decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting ownership in an operating company, including driver-based modeling.
• Fluency in discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV and investment-case construction.
• Strong communicator who can present analysis to operating leaders and executives and hold a point of view.
• Advanced Excel; disciplined model builder.

Responsibilities

• Build and own driver-based models for the annual budget and rolling forecast across business units, brands and the consolidated company.
• Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year; explain what happened and what to do about it.
• Produce the monthly business review package for leadership and investor reporting, with bridges and KPIs.
• Support three- to five-year plan and value creation initiatives: organic growth, pricing, margin, working capital and the contribution of acquired businesses.
• Own the business case framework: build and review cases for new initiatives, capital projects and operating investments using DCF, IRR, NPV and payback.
