Brooks Safety Solutions is seeking a senior FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will partner with operating leaders, translate financial results into actionable insights, and lead the development of driver-based models and business cases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting ownership with driver-based modeling.
• Fluency in discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV and investment-case construction.
• Strong communicator who can present analysis to operating leaders and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own driver-based models for the annual budget and rolling forecast across units, brands and the consolidated company.
• Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year; explain what happened and what to do about it.
• Produce the monthly business review package for leadership and investor reporting with key KPIs.
• Support the 3–5 year plan and value creation initiatives: organic growth, pricing, margin, working capital.
• Model scenarios for leadership and investor discussions and translate strategy into targets.
• Own the business case framework: build and review cases using DCF, IRR, NPV and payback.
• Run post-investment reviews to learn what worked and what did not.
• Set the standard for how a business case is built and maintain it.
• Partner with operating leaders on performance reviews and working-capital discipline.
• Reduce spreadsheet sprawl: standardize models and move reporting into Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• Look for faster, more automated ways to deliver insight.
• Automate the recurring monthly reporting pack.
