Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of FP&A or financial analytics experience.
• Proven experience building and standardizing complex financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with ERP systems and structured datasets (SAP preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL experience or strong exposure to structured data.
• Manufacturing or operational environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver-based budgeting and rolling forecast models.
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models for decision-making.
• Translate operational metrics into financial outputs and forecasts.
• Ensure model accuracy through validation checks and standardized logic.
• Continuously improve financial modeling frameworks for scalability.
• Extract, clean, and structure data from ERP and operational systems.
• Develop SQL queries and BI extracts to improve planning processes.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and reduce manual work.
• Produce variance analyses and dashboards for performance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to align forecasts with activity.
