Job summary

CADY is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, this forward-looking role supports annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and day-to-day partner work with department leaders.

You will build driver-based models, perform variance analyses, and help shape reporting packages used by senior leadership. The successful candidate will contribute to multi-entity budgeting, revenue-seasonality planning, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role.
• Hands-on experience supporting a full annual budget cycle and recurring forecast updates.
• Demonstrated financial modeling ability with clearly documented assumptions.
• Strong variance analysis skills and ability to explain numbers plainly.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort building reliable models.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools such as Sage Intacct and DOMO.
• Experience in a multi-entity organization or with revenue seasonality preferred.
• Excellent communication and partnership with department leaders outside Finance.
• Experience with PowerPoint and leadership-ready materials.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Run annual budgeting mechanics and consolidate submissions for leadership review.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, refresh actuals, and document assumptions behind submissions.
• Maintain driver models and documentation for forecast credibility.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Build department dashboards (budget-to-actual, forecast-to-actual) and KPI trends in DOMO.
• Serve as FP&A contact for assigned departments and provide leadership-ready commentary.
• Deliver ad hoc models, scenario analyses, and leverage automation in Sage Intacct, DOMO, and Excel.
