Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking an experienced financial planning & analysis professional to support budgeting, monthly performance analysis, and cash flow forecasting across the organization.

This role offers remote-work flexibility with preferred proximity to Philadelphia, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Houston for collaboration; a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years FP&A experience in a dynamic org; real-estate background a plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge, financial statement construction, debits/credits.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Budgeting experience and variance analysis experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset spanning finance, accounting, programming and math.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MRI or similar systems a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across teams.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with integrity and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide FP&A, budgeting, and annual budgeting process.
• Provide strong analytical insights and drive performance reviews.
• Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis focusing on revenue drivers.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Improve business processes through curiosity and analytical rigor.
• Collaborate with diverse business units and management levels.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and KPI tracking.
• Prepare regular communications with management and stakeholders.
