Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst to join the Operations Finance team, supporting data analytics, financial reporting and forecasting for our global Molecular Services and sales operations. The role partners with senior leaders to shape profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, international environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of FP&A or related experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze consolidated financial views and build key reports for senior management.
• Primary Finance Partner for Molecular Services business, acting as finance leader for the product line.
• Review monthly revenue, spending details and HC and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.
• Business case support and analysis, including both top line and bottom line initiatives, as well as Capital requests.
• Support preparing annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Leverage AI to drive scale for financial reporting and analysis on standard activities.
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
