Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business major.
• 3–6 years of finance, accounting, or analytics experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, able to prioritize, and self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility for special projects.
• Strong PowerBI experience: dashboards, data visualization, reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills handling large datasets and models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to prepare customer quotes and profitability improvements.
• Provide analysis, reports and recommendations to management and sales.
• Pioneer transformation of reporting from Excel to PowerBI; design dashboards for cross-functional partners.
• Maintain flexible and proactive attitude managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with managing customer pricing in our ERP system.
