Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or a related corporate finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
• Fluency in English and Korean for executive communication.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly analysis of finalized P&L and overall business performance.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers against plan/forecast.
• Build hypotheses, extract/validate data, and convert findings into recommendations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support quarterly and year-end closing and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, and sales across functions.
• Improve reporting accuracy and efficiency with better models and processes.
• Present insights in management meetings and regional workshops.
