Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

You will prepare management reports, perform variance analyses, and support monthly close while ensuring data integrity and governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impacts, enable operational initiatives, and deliver financial guidance for strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial-analysis experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance-management processes.
• Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses, variance reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain financial schedules and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate banking, covenant compliance, lender reporting, audit requests, and other financing-related documentation.
• Support financial dashboards, reporting tools, data integrity, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impacts, support operational initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
• Support special projects and other Finance priorities as needed.
