The role partners with Lending, Retail Banking & Deposits, and Treasury Management teams to analyze performance, forecast profitability, and support budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years FP&A experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or product lines and presenting executive-level financial packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly divisional financial packages for the Banking Division, including P&L, variance analysis, and executive commentary.
• Own the month-end close reporting calendar across all three business units, coordinating with accounting and business line partners.
• Build and maintain management reporting templates, dashboards, and recurring deliverables.
• Translate financial results into concise narratives that explain drivers, risks, and trends to non-financial stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies between source systems and financial statements.
