Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in FP&A with strong modeling, executive partnership, and hands-on experience in planning cycles, reporting, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or similar analytical experience.
• Ability to build and own complex financial models for executive decisions.
• Proven partnerships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Build and own robust financial models for opex and headcount forecasting.
• Lead components of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Drive automation of manual processes to enable scalable finance operations.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and summaries.
• Use Workday Adaptive Planning to support forecast cycles and planning improvements.
• Identify risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Take ownership of projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
